Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Kudzu. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard using “Manage subscription,” which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. You keep access to paid features until that period ends.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. However, if you believe you were charged in error, were billed after cancelling, or experienced a significant problem with the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment, so no refund applies. You can try the Service on the free tier before subscribing.
How to Request a Refund
Email holifielddillon@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, including the approximate date of the charge and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. We would much rather resolve an issue directly than through a chargeback.
