Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).

Content you provide. The details you enter about your business, clients, services, and goals in order to generate strategies.

Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status.

Usage data. Basic technical data such as log and device information generated when you use the Service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Service, generate the output you request, process payments, provide support, secure the Service, and communicate with you about your account.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Kudzu:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Anthropic — the content you submit is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate output. It is processed to return your results.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
